Tutorial: Dummy/Bot Vamps

An entire fight list of dummies!

Dummy Vamps are non-player vamps that appear on the Fight List for you to Attack.  They generally don't have any blood, but can be a good way to build XP.  Sometimes they do attack you back, with a single hit at a time.  (Because they occasionally win blood off of players through winning Fights, sometimes you can get a small amount of blood per hit off of them.)  Dummy vamps are also good to attack when you don't want to worry about making anyone mad and/or being Hit Listed!  :)

Notice this vamp's ID is 341; it's a bot!

Recognizing Dummy/Bot Vamps(1)  Their ID numbers are just 3 digits.  When you hover your mouse over their names on the Fight List, usually you see a person's sanctum URL/address, which includes his/her ID number, come up at the bottom of your browser.  Look for the part that says "id=".  Real players' numbers are much longer. (2) On their sanctums you usually see that they have done no missions, despite their level.  (3) On their sanctums their vamp names don't link to a FB profile.
